Jerome has been a part of that story since his birth in 1965, as he’s been literally brought up being in the middle of the wine culture environment…
So, as his father stepped away for a retirement a few years ago, he had no doubts that his son will be a perfect successor for their family-owned winery…
As to his work routine, besides overseeing all the business operations, Jerome Gignac is also the head sommelier…
