Jerome Gignac
Owner
Jerome is our founder’s son and just as big of a wine fan as his French father was… The Gignac family came a long way since leaving their war destroyed vineyards in 1946 to opening a French winery & restaurant in Milwaukee and purchasing a new vineyard in the Californian Napa valley…
Alicia Banniford
Sommelier
With more than 25 years of wine tasting experience at hand, Alicia is one of the most seasoned sommeliers that we’ve ever had… Her excellent taste is oftentimes reported to us by the restaurant’s clients she helps to choose a wine for. In short, her true passion for everything that involves fine wines is truly remarkable!
Miguel Juarez
Desserts & Cheese Chef
We’re blessed to have Miguel Juarez as our Desserts & Cheeses chef! He’s probably a person who is the most qualified for the position. That may be due to the fact, that previously he’s been working as a Desserts Chef at one of the most prestigious Orlando hotels… While here with us, his performance proves to be just as much 5 stars high!
Rosanne Delacroix

While Mrs. Delacroix was born in France, she chose a wine tasting career path quite late in her life… Nevertheless, in those 19 years, she’s been working at our winery & restaurant, her incredible expertise has made rounds… She specializes in German and French wines and she prefers chilled Riesling above all other drinks…
Kate Lacrouze
Sommelier
Though it looks like Kate is our winery’s youngest sommelier and expert, her expertise is beyond any compare… She’s been praised by our clients multiple times and she holds a record for sales per customer… While upselling our wine, she never lacks a good judgment and she always proves to give an ultimately best wine choosing recommendation…
Janine Minkles
Sommelier
Janine is probably our most experienced wine expert… Coming from a family of Florida-based wine producers, she’s been exposed to all the beauty and workflow of the wine making and tasting since her early childhood… Now she’s our Senior sommelier and she is in charge of upholding our excellent record!
Angela Cortez
Chef
Angela is the oldest staff members that we have. She’s been working at our winery & restaurant since 1988 and since then her steaks, salads, and appetizers have been widely praised by all of our clients. She’s adored by our clients for her numerous specialty recipes, which pair excellently with the wines selection that we offer to our visitors.
James Polk
Senior Waiter
Mr. Polk has been working at our winery for over a decade by now… He’s definitely the most experienced customer service staff member we have. His vast knowledge of the matter allows him to mentor all our new waiters… His love for the wine may be rooted in his ancestry – as Mr. Polk’s grandmother was a French Bayou from Louisiana…
